About the Registry
Open & Immutable
The circuit registry is an append-only catalog. Once a circuit is registered, it is immutable. New versions can be submitted, but old versions remain available.
Three Tiers
EXPERIMENTAL circuits are newly submitted. REVIEWED circuits have been checked by VRL maintainers. CERTIFIED circuits have been independently audited.
Domains
Circuits are organized by domain: Trade (tariffs, logistics), Healthcare (clinical decisions), Finance (credit, fraud), and General (infrastructure).

Certification Tiers
Certified
CERTIFIED
Independently audited, formally verified, and approved for high-stakes use. Suitable for regulated industries (healthcare, finance, trade).
Reviewed
REVIEWED
Reviewed by VRL core maintainers. Considered production-ready but not independently audited. Good for most enterprise use.
Experimental
EXPERIMENTAL
Newly submitted, not yet reviewed. Use for testing and development only. Subject to change.
Domains
Trade
Circuits for international trade, tariff calculations, export compliance, and customs verification. Used by supply chain and trade finance.
Healthcare
Circuits for clinical decision support, drug interactions, treatment recommendations, and FDA SaMD compliance. Used by hospitals and health systems.
Finance
Circuits for credit risk, fraud detection, algorithmic trading, and regulatory compliance. Used by banks and fintech.
General
Infrastructure circuits: TEE attestation verification, API hash binding, and proof graph composition. Used across all domains.
